Waukesha: A slew of candidates endorsed by Donald Trump are among the scheduled speakers at the former president’s rally in Wisconsin on Friday.
Gubernatorial candidate Tim Michels, Candidate for Wisconsin’s 3rd Congressional District Derrick Van Orden, State Rep. Janel Brandtjen, and Assembly candidate Adam Steen will deliver remarks at the Save America Event at the Waukesha County Fairgrounds in Wisconsin.
The Trump rally in Waukesha will not feature the Republican senator from Wisconsin or any Republican US House members from Wisconsin or the Republican leader of the state Senate or the Republican Assembly Speaker. But it will feature the guy who is trying to beat the Speaker.
Guest speakers will appear starting at 4 PM before Trump takes the stage at 7 PM, Doors will open at 2 PM.
A spokesman for the Waukesha Police Department said agencies from across the state will help staff the rally and any protest activity.
Today, Michels' GOP challenger Rebecca Kleefisch is campaigning in Waukesha County with former Vice President Mike Pence and former Gov. Scott Walker. The primary election is a week from today.
