आगर-मालवा, 14 जुलाई/प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री श्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने आज 14 जुलाई को आगर-मालवा जिले में नई कृषि उपज मंडी आगर में आयोजित विकास कार्यां का भूमिपूजन एवं लोकार्पण व हितग्राहियों का लाभ वितरण कार्यक्रम में आमजन को सम्बोधित करते हुए कहा कि आगर-मालवा जिले के विकास में मैने पहले भी कोई कसर नहीं छोड़ी थी, आगे भी नहीं छोडूंगा। मुख्यमंत्री श्री चौहान ने कहा कि प्रदेश सरकार जनता एवं किसानों की सरकार है। सरकार प्रदेश की जनता के विकास के लिए कृत-संकल्पित है। उन्होने कहा कि कोविड-19 संकट के इस दौर में प्रदेश सरकार जनता के साथ खड़ी हैं, उन्हें कोई परेशानी न होने दी जाएगी। प्रदेश में राशन सामग्री की कमी नहीं हैं, लॉकडाउन में गरीबों और मजदूरों को मुफ्त राशन बांटा हैं, आवश्यकता पड़ने पर आगे भी गरीब परिवारों को राशन सामग्री मुहैया करवाई जाएगी। लॉकडाउन में अन्य राज्यों में फंसे प्रवासी मजदूरों को प्रदेश में लाने की व्यवस्था की गई एवं एक-एक हजार रुपए की राशि उनके खातों में जमा करवाई, ताकि उन्हें कोई परेशानी न हों। प्रवासी मजदूरों को अब प्रदेश में ही रोजगार उपलब्ध करवाया जा रहा है।

मुख्यमंत्री श्री चौहान ने कार्यक्रम में मंच से शासन की विभिन्न जन कल्याणकारी योजनाओं के पात्र हितग्राहियों को हितलाभ वितरण भी किया।

मुख्यमंत्री श्री चौहान ने कहा कि हमारी सरकार ने 100 दिनों में जो कर दिखाया वह पिछली सरकार 15 माह में भी नहीं कर पाई। उन्होंने कहा कि फसल ऋण माफी योजनान्तर्गत ऋण माफ नहीं होने से जो किसान बैंक डिफाल्टर हुए हैं, उनका ब्याज का पैसा प्रदेश सरकार भरेगी। किसानों को किसी भी स्थिति मेंं परेशान नहीं होने दिया जाएगा।

मुख्यमंत्री श्री चौहान ने कहा कि हमारी सरकार बनते ही कोविड-19 की बैठक लेकर पूरे प्रदेश में पुख्ता इंतजाम सुनिश्चित किए गए। लॉकडाउन के समय की विषम परिस्थितियों के बावजूद भी सरकार ने किसानों से समर्थन मूल्य पर 1 करोड़ 29 लाख मेट्रिक टन गेहूं की खरीदी कर प्रदेश ने देश में प्रथम स्थान पाया है। उन्होंने कहा कि गरीबों को संबल प्रदान करने वाली संबल योजना सरकार ने पुनः चालू कर दी है। जिसका लाभ प्रदेश के सभी पात्र परिवारों को मिलेगा। उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार बनते ही प्रदेश के किसानों को कोरोना संकटकाल में पिछले वर्षां का रूका हुआ फसल बीमा सीधे उनके खातों में पहुंचाया है। जिसके तहत् प्रदेश के 15 लाख किसानों को लगभग 2200 करोड़ रुपए का फसल बीमा राशि वितरित की गई। खरीफ फसल बीमा की 4 हजार करोड़ रुपए की राशि और भी प्रदेश के किसानों को दी जाएगी। उन्होंने कहा कि बोर्ड परीक्षाओं की प्रावीण्य सूची में आने वाले छात्रों को लेपटॉप दिए जाएंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि छोटे व्यापारी जो फूटपॉथ पर ठेला, दुकान लगाकर अपनी अजीविका चलाते हैं, उनके लिए भी सरकार ने शहरी एवं ग्रामीण स्ट्रीट वेण्डर योजना शुरू की। जिसमें 10 हजार रुपए की राशि उनके व्यवसाय को सुचारू चलाने के लिए बिना ब्याज पर दी जाएगी।

मुख्यमंत्री श्री चौहान ने कहा कि आगर-मालवा को जब से जिला बनाया गया है, कई विकास कार्या की सौगात दी गई है। जिले में वृहद् सिंचाई परियोजना का निर्माण करवाया है, जिसका पानी जिले के किसानों के खेतों तक पहुंचाया जाएगा। जिससे किसानों की असिंचित भूमि पर भी फसले लहलहाएगी। खेती के लिए सिंचाई का पानी मिले इसके लिए जहां भी आवश्यकता होगी वहां-वहां बांध बनाए जाएंगे।
