The blatant example of criminal history being repeated can be seen in the largest state of this country (Uttar Pradesh) which is ruled by the BJP.Unnao’s 16-year-old daughter was raped, her pleas fall on deaf ears of the Yogi Govt. Her father is killed in police custody, she was driven to attempt suicide, while Sakshi Maharaj visits the rape accused in prison.The victim lost another family member in a mysterious road accident, post which the victim wrote a heart wrenching letter to the Chief Justice of India after which the wheels of justice started turning. In this entire incident, one can clearly see the BJP’s, Modi Govt’s and Yogi Govt’s incompetence when it comes to dealing with crimes against women. With this incident, their anti-women mentality, blatant misuse of power and their image of colluding with criminals came to the fore.A girl came forward & complained that she was raped by BJP leader Swami Chinmayanand for a year. Now there’s this video where she's saying that she, the victim was questioned by SIT for 11 hours on Sunday while the accused has not been questioned even for 11 minutes.When her father had gone to file a complaint, the police told him to not file a complaint against Swami Chinmayanand but only a missing persons report for the victim. You can see how the police is clearly playing at the hands of the Yogi Govt. The Congress Party is going to continue its fight for gender justice, the Congress will continue to raise their voice against crime, violence and sexual atrocities against women, We will continue to stand in solidarity with the victims and ensure that the perpetrators, no matter how mighty or powerful or on what post they are, are brought to justice
