सत्य के कबूलनामे के लिए नीति आयोग के उपाध्यक्ष श्री राजीव कुमार बधाई के पात्र हैं। उन्होंने कहा है कि वित्तीय क्षेत्र में मौजूदा तनाव अभूतपूर्व है, इस स्वीकारोक्ति में थोड़े संशोधन की आवश्यकता है। यह केवल वित्तीय क्षेत्र तक सीमित नहीं है, यह पूरी भारतीय अर्थव्यवस्था के लिए है। भारतीय अर्थव्यवस्था की वर्तमान स्थिति अभूतपूर्व है, पिछले 70 वर्षों में ऐसा कुछ नहीं देखा गया है, भाजपा-एनडीए की सरकार बहुत हद तक आपको यह विश्वास दिलाने का प्रयास करेगी कि इस स्थिति के लिए पं. जवाहर लाल नेहरू जिम्मेदार हैं, लेकिन दुर्भाग्य से ऐसा नहीं है। यह पिछले 5 वर्षों में एनडीए-भाजपा सरकार की वजह से हुआ है, अगर आप कुछ आंकड़ों पर नजर डालें , तो वर्तमान में 3 करोड़ से अधिक लोग बेरोजगार होने का खतरा झेल रहे हैं, अर्थव्यवस्था का हर क्षेत्र गंभीर संकट में है। कपड़ा उद्योग पिछले एक सप्ताह से रोज विज्ञापन देकर बता रहा है कि यह शायद सबसे बुरा दौर है, जो कपड़ा उद्योग ने पिछले 7 दशकों में देखा है, चाय और अंतः वस्त्र उद्योग अभूतपूर्व संकट का सामना कर रहा है। अमेरिका में फेडरल रिजर्व के पूर्व चेयरपर्सन ग्रीनस्पैन ने ग्रीनस्पैन इंडेक्स बनाया, में माना कि अगर इनर-वियर उद्योग संकट में है, तो इसका अर्थ है कि अर्थव्यवस्था विस्फोट की कगार पर है। बिस्किट निर्माता पारले जी ने घोषणा की है कि वे 10,000 लोगों को नौकरी से निकाल देंगे। आज सुबह रुपया डॉलर के मुकाबले 72 के आंकड़े को पार कर गया और इसके साथ यह एशिया में सबसे कमजोर मुद्रा बन गया, भारतीय अर्थव्यवस्था की वृद्धि दर कम होकर 5.7% हो चुकी है, जो पिछले 5 वर्षों में सबसे खराब प्रदर्शन है और इस बात पर गौर करने की जरूरत है कि यह 2011-2012 के आधार वर्ष के साथ 5.7% है, ऑटोमोबाइल क्षेत्र में संकट जगजाहिर है। ऑटो सेक्टर में 3,50,000 लोग नौकरी से निकाले गए हैं। अकेले मारुति सुजुकी ने लगातार छठे महीने अपने उत्पादन में 25% की कटौती की है, असुरक्षा के कारण "शैडो बैंकिंग संकट" है l निजी खपत ऐतिहासिक ढंग से कम हो चुकी है जबकि निजी खपत जीडीपी का 60% होता है.जब भारतीय अर्थव्यवस्था संभवत: अपने सबसे बुरे और भयावह चरण में प्रवेश करती है, तो प्रधानमंत्री और वित्त मंत्री की चुप्पी बहरा बना रही है। सरकार का ध्यान इन सब से इतर देश भर में विक्षेपण, प्रतिशोध की राजनीति और अघोषित आपातकाल पर है,इसका प्राथमिक कारण यह है कि सरकार के पास इस बात की कोई जानकारी नहीं है कि वे भारतीय अर्थव्यवस्था में इस संकट को कैसे संभालेंगे, जो हर रोज तेज गति से बढ़ रहा है .

Textile industry has been putting out advertisements on a daily basis for past one week, explaining that this is perhaps the worst period which the textile industry has seen in the past 7 decades, Tea industry is facing an unprecedented crisis, even inner-wear industry. Greenspan, ex chairperson of Federal Reserve in USA, created Greenspan index, which premised that if there is a crisis in inner-wear industry, means the economy is on the brink of implosion. Biscuit manufacturers ParleG have announced that they’ll be laying off 10,000 people. The rupee as of today morning crashed to 72 against the dollar, making it the worst performing currency in Asia. Yesterday alone, FIIs pulled out 902.99 crores from Indian equity market, it usually happens that money goes from debt market but it very rarely happens that money is pulled out of equity market, which index the long term stability of an economy. The growth of the Indian economy has slowed down to 5.7%, the worst performance in the past 5 years and this is 5.7% with 2011-2012 as the base year. The crisis in the automobile sector is very well documented. 3,50,000 people stand retrenched in the auto sector. Maruti Suzuki alone has cut its production by 25% for the sixth consecutive month in a row. There is a shadow banking crisis because of insecurities, private consumption is at a historic low, private consumption constitutes 60% of the GDP. When you have the Indian economy enter its choppiest phase perhaps, the silence of the Prime Minister and the Finance Minister are deafening. All you see is deflection, politics of vendetta, undeclared emergency across the country. The primary reason for this is that the Government does not have a clue as to how they will handle this crisis in the Indian economy which is intensifying on a daily basis.
